The Principals

Jami Uretsky has over twenty years of experience in both research and recruiting. She spent 11 years in a multi-office contingency agency, placing both temporary and permanent candidates in all types of industries and at all levels. In addition to recruiting and placement, she was responsible for business development, recruiter training, and sales management. She has also spent time in the corporate world as a recruiter, hiring candidates in a 240+ employee company. Since 2000, Jami has been doing executive search research, with a focus on healthcare, insurance and publishing. Her focus has been largely in organizational breakdown and name gneration, as well as candidate development and reference checking. Jami is experienced in all phases of research with a specialty in name gneration and up-front research strategy. She also continues to serve a wide variety of corporate clients on a contract basis. Prior to research, Jami worked as a systems engineer for GTE. Jami attended Salem State College and the University of Vermont and earned a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology. She is a member of the Executive Search Roundtable, has written three children's books and volunteers her time to various local and national charities.

Pamela Marion has over twenty years of experience in the research field. She started in candidate development role at a boutique retained search firm in Boston where she generated C-level candidates for world-class healthcare and not-for-profit organizations. Since 1991 she has been an independent researcher serving executive search and corporate clients on assignments with a wide range of functions and management levels. Her work has been largely focused on the healthcare and insurance industries. Pam is experienced in all phases of research with extra strength in research strategy and execution, recruiting, flexibility and the ability to monitor and evaluate the progress of assignments to successful completion. Prior to research, she worked for Fortune 500 companies in retail and field sales roles in the financial services and transportation industries. Pam earned a B.S. in Comparative Literature from Beloit College. She is a member of the Executive Search Roundtable.
